Before "Tattoo Mania" reached Buscalan it was a se Before "Tattoo Mania" reached Buscalan it was a serene and peaceful village perched on rice terraces high above the single dirt track skirting the edge of a river gorge leading to Bugnay far below. I have returned a few times since 2007, and we will never forget the kindness, generosity, and hospitality of the Buscalan people during our film project and especially that provided by my friend and house host Apo Whang-Od Oggay.
