On May 28, 2021, Fox Nation aired ep. 1 of the new 5-part streaming series USA INK. In this ep ‘Inky Origins’ Dion Kaszas myself and others like C.W. Eldridge lay the historical groundwork re: the ancient origins of tattooing in North America. This was filmed prior to Team Aaron Deter-Wolf‘s new paper on the ancient Tennessee tool, so we focused a bit of the discussion on the 2000-year-old tool from Utah (thanks to Andrew Gillreath-Brown for that imagery). Sometimes science moves too fast to keep up!
